I apply for membership in the Edge Hill State School Parents and Citizens’ (P&C) Association and I undertake to:
- promote the interests of and facilitate the development and further improvement of the school and the good order and management of the school and
- comply with the Constitution of the P&C Association, including the P&C Association Code of Conduct as specified in Schedule 2 of the Constitution, and any valid resolutions passed by the Association.
If a person has been convicted of an indictable offence, it is grounds for removal in accordance with the
Education (General Provision) Act 2006.
Blue card
Edge Hill State School P&C requests that all parents who wish to volunteer with us hold a working with children blue card or a blue card exemption and have this linked with the P&C.
Applying for a blue card to volunteer is free and can be done on the
Queensland Government website.
If you have started an application or hold a current blue card, please provide this information in the below form so we can link your card.
