STUDENT CODE OF CONDUCT
Productive learning & positive behaviour are inextricably linked. We believe that effective learning takes place when all members of the school community – students, staff, parents and visitors acknowledge and abide by a set of fundamental expectations.
The Edge Hill State School Code of Conduct is based on four core expectations: Be Responsible, Be Respectful,Be Safe and Be a Learner. Edge Hill State School endorses a whole school approach intended to promote and support appropriate behaviours in all students. To facilitate this approach, the school has implemented the Restorative Practices approach and Positive Behaviour for Learning (PBL) framework as a means to revise and develop strategies and procedures to promote a safe, supportive and disciplined school environment.
